Customer Service 

All Businesses rely on customers for their survival. The pressure of competition in the market dictates that customers must be at the main focus of everything a business does. For a business to benefit from customer lifetime loyalty, it must provide the customer with a level of service that will make the customer to come back and buy again. Therefore customers are the reason a business exists hence the need to learn all aspects of handling and treating customers well in order to attract and retain them for the business to maximize on the customers’ lifetime values.

International Computer Driving License (ICDL)
